Welcome to my homepage. I am a music educator, teacher educator, educational researcher and author. I grew up and studied in England and moved to Austria in my early twenties.
I am interested in many aspects of Music and Movement Education / Orff-Schulwerk – working with different groups such as inclusive groups, children and adults with different abilities, children of kindergarten and primary school age, students of elemental music and dance education and with teachers.
My research interests include: Inclusive music education, Orff-Schulwerk and Inclusion, Music and movement with children who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, AQR Assessment of the quality of relationship, Joint Attention, Play songs, The importance of time in teaching and learning
